Items usually ship from our warehouse within 2 business days (Mon-Fri). If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday the following week.
All shipping prices are based on the total shipping weight of your order. We currently offer shipping rates up to a total shipping weight of 8lbs (3.6kg). If you plan to order a large quantity of items please contact us at email@example.com so we can work out the most economical shipping method before you place the order.
We strive to offer the most economical means of shipping. Depending on the weight and volume of your order we offer the following methods (all delivery estimates are from the time your order leaves our warehouse):
Basic: delivery usually within 10 business days / no tracking available / no insurance available
Standard: delivery usually within 5 business days / with tracking / no insurance available
Priority: delivery usually within 3 business days / with tracking / $100 insurance
In order to keep the shipping rates as low as possible we have decided to only offer standard shipping for all orders outside of the U.S.
Standard (up to 4.4 lbs / 2kg of total shipping weight): depending on the delivery location allow from 7 to 10 business days for delivery from the time your order leaves our warehouse / no tracking available / no insurance available
Standard (more than 4.4 lbs / 2kg of total shipping weight): depending on the delivery location allow from 10 to 17 business days for delivery from the time your order leaves our warehouse / no tracking available / no insurance available
Please note that the USPS international shipping service we use is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), so all customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office to determine whether any duties or taxes are applicable.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a photo of the damaged item(s) by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then ship you a replacement.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
